Warranty and Refund Policy


 

Refund Policy:

 

1) If you changed mind & cancel order before the Products is already shipped.

2) If the item is out of stock and you requested to get your money back.

 

Note:

 

1) Most refunds are fully refunded in 7-15 days after we receive and process your return.

2) If you pay us by using card, then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-15 working days. (credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)

3) If you pay us by bkash/rocket/mobile banking, then your money will be added in your desired account within 7-15 working days.

 

Brand/official Warranty:

 

1) Notify us during the warranty period.

2) We will communicate with brand/Suppler (within 10-15 working days)

3) Customer must have video proof of unboxing to file any complaint. If there is any problem it has to be visible in the video. Without Unboxing video no complaint will be considered.

4) In case of official warranty decision totally depends on official distributor, and it may require some time. Extreme Gadgets will not be liable for any kinds of complaint regarding this.

 

Replacement Warranty:

 

1) Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.

2) Replacement only 1 time during the whole warranty period.

3) Notify us during the warranty period.

4) We will communicate with seller (within 10-15 working days)

5) Customer must have video proof of unboxing to file any complaint. If there is any problem it has to be visible in the video. Without Unboxing video no complaint will be considered.

 

Extreme Gadget's Warranty:

 

1) Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect (7 days)

2) Count down start from the day you received product.

3) Replacement only 1 time during the whole warranty period.

4) Customer must have video proof of unboxing to file any complaint. If there is any problem it has to be visible in the video. Without Unboxing video no complaint will be considered.
